These capacitors from also feature large capacitance and excellent bias characteristics, an advantage over multilayer ceramic capacitors (MLCCs). Chemi-Con Conductive Polymer Aluminum Solid Capacitors deliver stable characteristics independent of temperature, extremely low ESR, low ESL, and high ripple current capability.

HSC Hybrid Aluminum Electrolytic Capacitors

Chemi-Con HSC Conductive Polymer Hybrid Aluminum Electrolytic Capacitors (AECs) feature a hybrid-electrolyte design that offers high-reliability and high-voltage capabilities. These AECs provide 4000 hours at +125°C endurance with ripple current, a capacitance range of 100μF to 330μF, and a rated voltage range of 25VDC to 63VDC. Chemi-Con HSC capacitors are AEC-Q200 compliant and have an operating temperature range of -55°C to +125°C, making them ideal for high-temperature and high-reliability applications such as automotive and base station equipment.
