MLVB Multilayer Varistor ESD Suppressors

Eaton Electronics MLVB Multilayer Varistor ESD Suppressors are designed to protect electronic circuits from ESD damage. These devices are offered in small 0402 and 0603 sizes, making them ideal to incorporate into any circuit board design. These suppressors are suitable for push-button, power line, and low-frequency overvoltage protection. The MLVB suppressors have the low capacitance necessary to protect a wide range of data speeds, including protection against high-speed transient voltages.

5G Applications

Eaton Electronics offers an expansive portfolio of high-reliability components needed to drive 5G forward. Because 5G telecommunication units are typically placed in rugged environments, continuous uptime requirements for their operation and the reliability of the internal electronics are of great importance. MLV ESD Suppression Multilayer Varistors

Eaton MLV ESD Suppression Multilayer Varistors are surface-mount varistors that provide reliable protection for electronic circuits against electrostatic discharge (ESD), electrically fast transients (EFT), and transients resulting from inductive load switching. These varistors are ideal for the protection of I/O interfaces, as well as components and circuits sensitive to overvoltage and surge transients occurring on power supplies, control, and signal lines. The MLVs are offered in working voltages ranging from 5.5VDC to 385VDC and footprints ranging from 0201 to 4032.
