M140 Module LLM

M5Stack M140 Module Large Language Model (LLM) is an inference module designed for terminal devices that require intelligent and efficient interaction. This module is powered by the advanced AX630C SoC processor and integrates a 3.2 TOPs high-efficiency NPU support with support for transformer models. The M140 module is integrated with the StackFlow framework and Arduino/UiFlow libraries. This module includes an onboard SD card slot that supports cold/hot firmware upgrades and the UART communication interfaces. The M140 module comes with a pre-installed Qwen2.5-0.5B language model.
