MP5491 Laser Diode Current Source IC

Monolithic Power Systems (MPS) MP5491 Laser Diode Current Source IC integrates four high-accuracy current sources for laser diodes (LDs), which makes this device well-suited for the transmitter optical subassembly (TOSA) of quad, small form-factor pluggable (QSFP) optical modules. The device integrates 6-channel GPO outputs. These output statuses can be configured via the I²C interface.
