TESDA24VB6P02CX Bidirectional ESD Protection Diode

Taiwan Semiconductor TESDA24VB6P02CX Bidirectional ESD Protection Diode is designed to protect power interfaces, control lines, or low-speed data lines in an electronic system. This diode is AEC-Q101 qualified and available in a small SOT-23 Surface-Mount Device (SMD) plastic package. The TESDA24VB6P02CX diode protects two automotive In-vehicle network bus lines from the damage caused by Electrostatic Discharge (ESD) and other transients. This diode provides ESD protection up to ±20kV (contact and air discharge) according to IEC61000-4-2, and withstands a peak pulse current of up to 2.6A (8/20μs) according to IEC61000-4-5. The TESDA24VB6P02CX diode features Moisture Sensitivity Level (MSL) 1 as per J-STD-020 and is RoHS compliant and halogen-free. Typical applications include CAN bus, CAN bus FD, FlexRay, Single Edge Nibble Transmission (SENT), and ESD protection for In-vehicle network lines in automotive environments.
