Vishay / Sfernice LPS300 Series Heatsink Mounted Power Resistors utilize thick film technology and offer a wide resistance range of 0.3Ω to 900kΩ. The LPS300 supports power up to 300W at 85°C bottom case temperature. In addition, these non-inductive resistors are constructed for easy mounting.

LPS Series Heatsink Mounted Power Resistors

The Vishay / Sfernice LPS Series Heatsink Mounted Power Resistors offer either 300W, 600W, or 800W at 85°C bottom case temperature and a wide resistance range of 0.3Ω to 900kΩ (E24 series). Non-inductive and easily mounted, the LPS Series features low thermal insulation to UL 94V0. Vishay / Sfernice LPS Series Heatsink Mounted Power Resistors utilize thick film technology and are RoHS compliant.
