Analog Devices ADT7311数字SPI温度传感器是是一款采用窄体8引脚SOIC封装的高精度数字温度传感器。ADT7311内置一个带隙温度基准源和一个16位ADC,用来监控温度并进行数字转换,分辨率为0.0078°C。设计人员可通过串行接口来设定ADC分辨率。ADT7311数字SPI温度传感器的保证工作电压范围为2.7V至5.5V;工作电压为3.6V时,平均电源电流的典型值为210μA。关断模式下的关断电流典型值为2μA。ADT7311传感器通过汽车应用认证,额定工作温度范围为-40°C至+150°C。
