BD8202x High-Side Switch ICs

ROHM's BD8202x High-Side Switch ICs is a Single Channel High Side Switch IC that employs an N-Channel power MOSFET with low on-resistance and low supply current for the power supply line of universal serial bus (USB). These ICs have a built-in over-current detection circuit, thermal shutdown circuit, under-voltage lockout, and soft-start circuits. Typical applications include USB hub in consumer applications, PC, and PC peripheral equipment.

Power Management Switch ICs

The switch ICs offer low loss, high efficiency, and a stable and reliable operation. The Power Management Switch IC family includes 1-channel high side, 2-channel high side, load, and controller ICs for high-side NMOSFETs. The devices are ideal for power management in USB memory sticks, PC expansion modules, and other digital devices.
