Metcal CV-510 Connection Validation™ Soldering System features Smartheat™ power-on-demand technology and an output power rating of 40W. This Connection Validation (CV) calculates the intermetallic compound formation of the solder joint and provides closed-loop feedback to the operator. The 71mm color touchscreen has bold graphics, making it easier to read and monitor. Metcal CV-510 Connection Validation Soldering System has password protection, a precise tip temperature display, and an operating temperature of 10° to 40°C.

CV-5200 Connection Validation™ Soldering Station

Metcal CV-5200 Connection Validation™ Soldering Stations evaluate the quality of the solder joint by calculating the intermetallic compound formation and providing closed-loop feedback to the user. The series offers this feedback via an LED light ring integrated into the handpiece. Metcal CV-5200 series soldering stations minimize risk and add repeatability and a measurable standard to the soldering process.
