Surge capability does not degrade after multiple surge events within limit. the asymmetrical multipart thyristors offer two-port protection and can replace four discrete components. The MS-013 package thyristors feature LCAS specific tip and ring thresholds, low voltage overshoot, low on-state voltage, and fails short circuit when surged in excess of ratings. A122-U-4L devices are RoHS compliant, Lead-free, and Halogen-free.
