The STMicroelectronics TSV629x CMOS op amp features an excellent speed / power consumption ratio, offering a 420 kHz gain bandwidth while consuming only 29µA at a 5V supply voltage. The TSV629x is unity gain stable for capacitive loads up to 100 pF and extends the battery life of battery-powered devices. The STMicroelectronics TSV639x CMOS op amp offers excellent speed / power consumption ratio, 2.4 MHz gain bandwidth product while consuming only 60µA at 5V. The TSV639x also features an ultra-low input bias current and a shutdown mode in the TSV6393 and TSV6395.
