Low-Power High Accuracy Operational Amplifiers

STMicroelectronics Low-Power High Accuracy Operational Amplifiers features micropower consumption, zero drift, rail to rail, low-voltage offset, high voltage, and low input bias current. STMicroelectronics offers a micropower op amp portfolio with consumption as low as 2µA, standard and high-performance op amps, and space-saving packages, such as DFN, QFN, SOT-23, and SC-70. These devices also provide guaranteed specified minimum/maximum electrical performances. Ideal applications include sensor signal conditioning, battery-operated devices, medical instrumentation, power, AFE for high voltage sensors, computers, and tablets.

TSV7 High Accuracy Micropower Op Amps

STMicroelectronics TSV7 High Accuracy Micropower Operational Amplifiers are single, dual, and quad operational amplifiers that offer low-voltage operation, rail-to-rail input and output, and excellent accuracy (Vio lower than 200μV at 25°C). These devices benefit from STMicroelectronics 5V CMOS technology and offer an excellent speed/power consumption ratio while consuming 14μA (TSV71) or 60μA (TSV73) typical at 5V. The TSV7 series also feature an ultra-low input bias current. Each of these are housed in the smallest industrial packages which make them ideal for sensor interfaces, battery-powered and portable applications, and active filtering.
