PLDS30J & PLDS30JH Rectifiers
Taiwan Semiconductor PLDS30J and PLDS30JH Rectifiers are 30A, 600V standard rectifiers with low forward voltage drop and high surge current capability. These rectifiers feature 177pF junction capacitance and operate at -55°C to 175°C junction temperature range. The PLDS30J and PLDS30JH standard rectifiers are the lead for automated placement, and the PLDS30JH rectifier is AEC-Q101 qualified. These rectifiers are RoHS compliant, Pb-free, halogen-free, and come in a D2PAK-D package. The PLDS30J and PLDS30JH rectifiers are used in Switching Mode Power Supply (SMPS), general-purpose, onboard charger, and Totem-pole PFC applications.
