TPS92365x升压/降压-升压LED驱动器

Texas Instruments TPS92365x非同步升压/降压-升压LED驱动器具有4.5V至65V的宽输入范围。通过集成低侧NMOS开关，该器件能以高功率密度和高效率驱动LED并为电池充电。这些器件的典型电流限制为1.5A (TPS922650)、3A（TPS922651、TPS922652和TPS922653）和6.5A（TPS922654和TPS922655）。TPS92365x还支持共阳极连接和单层PCB设计。开关频率可在100kHz至2.2MHz范围内配置，具有可选的扩频功能，可实现更好的EMI性能。
