Diodes Incorporated AL8863降压LED驱动器控制器设计用于驱动外部MOSFET，使其能够驱动大电流LED。AL8863的输入电源电压范围为4.5V至60V，开关频率范围为50kHz至1000kHz。LED串联连接提供相同的LED电流，因此亮度一致，无需镇流电阻器。该器件具有宽工作频率范围，因此可灵活选择元件，工作频率高达1MHz，因此可使用更小尺寸的外部元件，从而最大限度地缩小PCB尺寸，降低BOM成本。

IS32LT3175N/P Single-Channel Linear LED Drivers

ISSI IS32LT3175N/P Single-Channel Linear LED Drivers come with fade in/out and PWM dimming. The regulators serve as a stand-alone LED driver-configurable from 20mA to 150mA with external resistors, no microcontroller is necessary. A logic level “courtesy light” signal from the PWM pin can be interfaced to precisely drive the LED channel. The IS32LT3175P obtains a positive polarity PWM signal. In addition, the IS32LT3175N obtains a negative polarity PWM signal. The regulator integrates a 63-step fade-in and fades out the algorithm (Gamma correction). This causes the output LED current to increasingly rise up to the full source value after the EN pin is pulsed.
