MAX6138 带隙电压基准

Maxim MAX6138 并联电压基准是精密的、两接头并联模式、带隙电压基准,提供固定的反向击穿电压:1.2205V、2.048V、2.5V、3.0V、3.3V、4.096V 和 5.0V。MAX6138 采用微型、3引脚 SC70 表贴封装(1.8mm x 1.8mm),与采用 SOT23 封装的表贴器件相比可节省 50% 的空间,特别适合空间受限的应用。激光微调电阻保证精确的初始精度。MAX6138 的温度系数为 25ppm/°C,提供从 0.1% 至 0.5% 的三个等级的初始精度。MAX6138 可提供 60µA 至 15mA 的并联电流,具有极低的动态阻抗,在较宽的工作温度和电流范围内保证稳定的反向击穿电压精度。MAX6138 无需外部稳定电容,同时确保搭配容性负载稳定工作。
