AD5689 双通道16位nanoDAC+

Analog Devices AD5689双通道16位nanoDAC+ 属于 nanoDAC+™ 系列产品，是一款低功耗、双通道、16位缓冲电压输出数模转换器（DAC）。内置增益选择引脚，满量程输出为2.5V（增益 = 1）或5V（增益 = 2）。它采用2.7V至5.5V单电源供电，通过设计保证单调性，并具有小于0.1%FSR的增益误差和1.5mV的失调误差性能。AD5689还内置有一个上电复位电路和一个RSTSEL引脚，确保DAC输出上电至零电平或中量程，直到执行一次有效的写操作为止。此外所有器件均具有各通道独立掉电特性，在掉电模式下，器件在3 V时的功耗降至4μA。
