TPS7E67-Q1 LDO线性稳压器

Texas Instruments TPS7E67-Q1低压差 (LDO) 线性稳压器是低静态电流器件，设计用于连接汽车应用中的电池，支持3V至40V的宽输入电压范围。输出范围宽，可调配置的为1.2V至38V，固定配置的为1.8V至12V，负载电流可达300mA。该器件在无负载时静态电流仅为2.8µA，非常适合为始终开启的元件供电，例如处在待机系统中的微控制器 (MCU)、控制器区域网络 (CAN) 收发器。
