SN74LV8T573/SN74LV8T573-Q1八路D型锁存器

Texas Instruments SN74LV8T573/SN74LV8T573-Q1八路透明D型锁存器具有三态输出，设计用于驱动高容性负载或相对低阻抗负载。此系列器件尤其适用于实现双向总线驱动器、缓冲寄存器、I/O端口及工作寄存器。当锁存使能（LE）输入为高电平时，Q输出将响应数据（D）输入。当LE为低电平时，输出端进入锁存状态，以保持数据设置。SN74LV8T573-Q1器件已通过AEC-Q100认证，适用于汽车应用。Texas Instruments SN74LV8T573-EP器件采用金键合线与SnPb引线表面处理，工作温度范围为–55至+105°C。
