TPS3890/TPS3890-Q1精密电压监控器

Texas Instruments TPS3890/TPS3890-Q1精密电压监控器拥有低静态电流，监控低至1.15V的系统电压。当感测电压降至预定阈值以下或当手动重置(MR)引脚降至逻辑低电平时，该器件便确定开漏RESET信号。 在感测电压和手动重置(MR)返回各自阈值以上之后，RESET输出在用户可调节的延迟时间内保持低电平。 TPS3890/TPS3890-Q1系列采用精密基准来实现1％的阈值精度。 用户可以通过将CT引脚连接至一个外部电容器在40μs至30μs范围内调整重置延迟时间。 TPS3890/TPS3890-Q1的静态电流非常低，为2.1μA，可采用1.5mm×1.5mm的小型封装，使得该器件非常适合电池供电和空间受限的应用。 该器件完全指定的温度范围是–40°C至+125°C (TJ)。 TPS3890-Q1器件符合汽车应用类AEC-Q100认证。
