MAX1836/MAX1837降压转换器

Maxim MAX1836/MAX1837降压转换器是高效降压转换器，输入电源电压高达24V，可提供3.3V或5V预设输出电压。借助外部反馈电阻器，输出电压可在1.25V至VIN范围内进行调节。内部限流开关MOSFET可提供高达125mA (MAX1836)或250mA (MAX1837)的负载电流。该器件采用独特的限流控制方案，工作占空比最高达100%，因此可最大限度地减小压差（100mA时为120mV）。另外，该控制方案可将轻负载下的电源电流降低至12µA。由于该器件的开关频率高，因此可使用微型表面贴装电感器和输出电容器。
