TVS Silicon Protection Arrays (SPA)

Littelfuse Silicon Protection Array (SPA®) TVS Diodes are designed to protect electronics from very fast and damaging voltage transients, such as lightning and electrostatic discharge (ESD). These diodes offer an ideal protection solution for I/O interfaces and digital and analog signal lines in computer and consumer portable electronics. Littelfuse TVS diodes offer a broader application use and improved impulse protection performance over conventional diodes.

SP03-3.3 TVS Diode Array SPA™ for ESD

Littelfuse SP03-3.3 TVS Diode Arrays provide overvoltage protection for applications such as 10/100/1000 BaseT Ethernet, T3/E3 DS3 interfaces, and T1/E1 Line cards. The SP03-3.3 Series combines the TVS diode element with a diode rectifier bridge to provide both longitudinal and differential protection in one package. The design innovation of the Littelfuse SP03-3.3 TVS Diode Arrays results in a capacitive loading characteristic that is log-linear with respect to the signal voltage across the device. This reduces intermodulation (IM) distortion caused by a typical solid-state protection solution.
