NV3600 CMOS输出电压检测器

Nisshinbo NV3600 CMOS输出电压检测器在SENSE引脚具有42V高耐压，使该器件能够直接监测电池电压。输出类型可以选择NMOS开漏型或CMOS型。因此，不再需要外部分压电阻和上拉电阻，减少了外部元器件的数量并且降低了系统的暗电流。此外，检测和释放电压可以在Nisshinbo NV3600中单独设置；检测的输出逻辑也可以选择为“Low”（低）或“High”（高）。因此，可以依据系统的具体状况实现最佳工作效果。
