Trenz Electronic TE0720-04-61C33MAS Starter Kit includes a TE0720-04-61C33MA SoC module on a TE0703-07 carrier board with a heatsink. The TE0720-04-61C33MA SoC module integrates an AMD Zynq™ Z020 SoC, a Gigabit Ethernet transceiver, 1GB DDR3 SDRAM, 8GB e.MMC, and 32MB Flash memory. This SoC module offers a large number of configurable I/Os via rugged high-speed stacking strips. The TE0720-04-61C33MA module also features an onboard high-efficiency DC-DC converter, system management and power sequencing, eFUSE bit-stream encryption, and AES bit-stream encryption. The TE0703 carrier board is a baseboard for 4 x 5 SoMs, which exposes the MIO- and the PS/PL-pins of the SoM to accessible connectors. This carrier board features onboard USB JTAG and UART interface, SDIO port expander with voltage-level translation, and various interfaces. The interfaces include a micro SD card connector, two VG96 backplane connectors, a mini USB connector, an RJ45 GbE connector, and a USB-Host connector.
