Silicon Labs EFR32xG27小型2.4GHz无线SoC是单芯片解决方案,结合了76.8MHz Cortex-M33与高性能2.4GHz射频,可为物联网连接应用提供高能效的无线SoC。EFR32BG27 SoC(采用WLCSP和QFN封装)支持蓝牙® 5.x组网,而EFR32MG27组件(采用QFN封装)支持多协议组网。此系列器件具备升压或降压直流-直流能力,可通过各类电池电源直接供电。
