TPS7E66-Q1低压差稳压器

Texas Instruments TPS7E66-Q1低压差稳压器是汽车级低静态电流LDO线性稳压器，专为直接连接电池供电的汽车系统而设计。该设备支持3.0V至40V的宽输入电压范围，并可提供高达150mA负载电流，用于为待机系统中的MCU、栅极驱动器和CAN收发器等常开电路供电。
