LITEON Integrated Gate Drive Photocouplers are ideally suited for driving power IGBTs and MOSFETs used in motor control inverter applications and inverters in power supply systems. The LITEON photocouplers contain an AlGaAs LED optically coupled to an integrated circuit with a power output stage. The LTV-155E features a high common-mode transient immunity (CMTI) of ±20kV/μs and operates within a wide supply voltage range, making it suitable for noisy industrial environments.
