HyperFast Rectifiers

Central Semiconductor HyperFast Rectifiers are designed specifically for extremely fast-switching applications, such as PFC, where total conduction losses must be minimized and, at the same time, power density must be maximized. All three devices offer industry-leading switching performance and make use of industry-standard packages and mounting pad layouts for ease of manufacturing and adaptability to existing designs. Features of these devices include high current capability, high surge capacity, hyperfast recovery time, high reverse voltage capability, high power density, energy efficiency, and low switching losses.

CMR1H-04MFL 400V HyperFast Recovery Rectifier

Central Semiconductor CMR1H-04MFL 1.0A, 400V HyperFast Recovery Rectifier features a HyperFast recovery time of 20ns (typical) and is ideal for applications requiring extremely fast recovery times, low switching losses, and high voltage capability. CMR1H-04MFL is packaged in a low-profile and thermally efficient SMAFL case. The SMAFL fits on existing industry-standard SMA mounting pad layouts. Applications include flyback diodes, freewheeling diodes, DC-DC output rectification, and voltage clamping.
