Analog Devices Inc. MAX20446C汽车级6通道背光驱动器设有升压控制器，用于汽车显示屏和集成电流输出，每路支持高达130mA LED灌电流。ADI MAX20446C采用4.5V至36V的宽输入电压范围，并能承受汽车负载突降事件。内部电流模式直流-直流开关控制器可配置为升压或SEPIC拓扑电路，工作频率范围为400kHz至2.2MHz。集成扩频有助于降低EMI。该器件采用自适应输出电压调节机制，可最大限度地降低LED电流阱通路的功耗。

IS32LT3175N/P Single-Channel Linear LED Drivers

ISSI IS32LT3175N/P Single-Channel Linear LED Drivers come with fade in/out and PWM dimming. The regulators serve as a stand-alone LED driver-configurable from 20mA to 150mA with external resistors, no microcontroller is necessary. A logic level “courtesy light” signal from the PWM pin can be interfaced to precisely drive the LED channel. The IS32LT3175P obtains a positive polarity PWM signal. In addition, the IS32LT3175N obtains a negative polarity PWM signal. The regulator integrates a 63-step fade-in and fades out the algorithm (Gamma correction). This causes the output LED current to increasingly rise up to the full source value after the EN pin is pulsed.
