InfiniiVision 3000G X-Series Oscilloscopes

Keysight Technologies InfiniiVision 3000G X-Series Oscilloscopes are high-performance oscilloscopes with various integrated analog and digital measuring tools. These oscilloscopes feature bandwidth configurations from 100MHz to 1GHz, analog configurations from 2 to 4 inputs, and an optional 16-input digital logic analyzer. Other notable measuring tools include an arbitrary waveform generator, serial protocol analyzer, digital voltmeter, frequency response analyzer, and decoding for various common serial buses such as I²C, SPI, I²S, and USB-PD.
