FSM:FSA Embedded Image Sensor Ecosystem

FRAMOS FSM:FSA Embedded Image Sensor Ecosystem features dual-board sensor modules that are the perfect foundation for embedded vision systems and applications. The FRAMOS dual-board sensor modules are integrated modules comprising two components: the FRAMOS Sensor Modules (FSM) (image sensor location) and the FRAMOS Sensor Adapter (FSA) that forwards the sensor data. FSM:FSAs come with many best-in-class image sensors that offer the freedom and flexibility to choose the module that perfectly matches the requirements of a user's application. The modular concept enables users to choose, evaluate, and change hardware/software to design an embedded vision application to perfection.

FPA-A/NDK-Kit Processor Adapter Kit

FRAMOS FPA-A/NDK-Kit Processor Adapter Kit includes all components required to connect a FRAMOS Sensor Module (FSM:GO, FSM:FSA) either directly or via an FFA Kit. FPA-A/NDK-Kit is compatible with the i.MX8M Plus Developer Kit and other NXP platforms that utilize the 36-pin IPASS cabling. Full support is provided for all FSM:GO Sensor Modules on the NXP i.MX8M Plus Developer Board, offering reference implementations of MIPI CSI-2 (D-PHY) drivers and example ISP configurations. The software package enables embedded software engineers to access the communication and streaming systems, ensuring optimal image capture in memory. All sensor drivers and device tree overlays are open source, allowing customization and extension to meet the specific requirements of any application.
