Pulse Width Modulation Amplifiers

Apex Microtechnology Pulse Width Modulation (PWM) Amplifiers are cost-effective solutions for motor control applications. The Apex Microtechnology PWM Amplifiers can connect directly to an embedded microcontroller and digital signal controllers. The devices have variable switching frequencies and high-voltage operation.

SA310 Brushless DC Motor Driver

Apex Microtechnology SA310 Brushless DC Motor Driver is used to drive Brushless DC (BLDC) and Permanent Magnet Synchronous (PMSM) motors or DC/AC converters. The module uses Silicon Carbide MOSFET technology to improve efficiency over other devices in its class. Three independent half-bridges provide up to 80A peak output current under direct microcontroller or DSC control. SA310 is built on a thermally conductive, but electrically isolated substrate to provide the most versatility and ease in heatsinking.

Silicon Carbide (SiC) Integrated Power Modules

Apex Microtechnology Silicon Carbide (SiC) Integrated Power Modules are integrated with a digitally controlled gate drive and feature under-voltage lock-out and active Miller clamping. These power modules operate at up to 650V maximum supply voltage and -55°C to 125°C storage temperature range. The silicon carbide integrated power modules are suitable for DC/AC converters, DC/DC converters, and motor drives.
