Monolithic Power Solutions (MPS) MP87190 Intelli-Phase™ DrMOS Power Management Specialized ICs (PMICs) are monolithic half-bridge devices with built-in internal power MOSFETs and gate drivers. MP87190 PMICs achieve up to 90A continuous output current across a wide input voltage supply range.
