Spring-Loaded Contacts

Mill-Max Spring-Loaded Contacts provide maximum continuity through precision-machined gold-plated components and a low-resistance spring that maintain a consistent electrical path. With maximum stability, the Mill-Max Spring-Loaded Contacts are tested to a minimum of 50G shock and 10G vibration with no spikes >1µs and >1.15V with 0.5A applied. Mill-Max has manufactured the Spring-Loaded Contacts for 1,000,000 cycles.
