Test Sockets for MSOP/QFN ICs
Chip Quik Test Sockets for MSOP/QFN ICs feature 1000mΩ minimum insulation resistance at 500VDC and dielectric withstanding voltage for 1 minute at 700VAC. These sockets also feature 30mΩ maximum contact resistance at 10mA and 20mA maximum (initial) contact resistance and a 15,000 times (mechanical) lifespan. The test sockets for MSOP/QFN ICs are lead-free, RoHS-compliant, and REACH-compliant.
