NPP Series Surface Mount Pressure Sensors

Amphenol Advanced Sensors NPP Series Surface Mount Pressure Sensors features silicon pressure sensors in surface mount packages. Amphenol's NPP Series Surface Mount Pressure Sensors utilize constant voltage excitation to produce a voltage output linearly proportional to the input pressure. NPP Series features include low-cost SO-8 surface mount packaging, wide operating temperature (-40ºC to +125ºC), static accuracy of <0.20% FSO maximum, suitability for automated component assembly, four-element Wheatstone bridge configuration for circuit design flexibility, solid-state reliability, and 100, 200, and 700 kPa absolute pressure ranges available. Ideal applications for NPP Series Sensors include automotive tire pressure, pneumatic controls, pressure switches and controllers, altimeters and barometers, and more. NPP's use of SenStable® piezoresistive technology positions it as a low-cost sensor alternative to OEM users.
