Maxim IC MAX232多通道RS-232驱动器/接收器

Maxim IC MAX232多通道RS-232驱动器/接收器的电源电压为+5V，适用于所有EIA/TIA-232E和V.28/V.24通信接口，尤其是在±12V不可用时更是理想选择。Maxim IC MAX232采用四个1.0µF外接电容器，数据传输速率为120kbp。MAX232A采用0.1µF外接电容器，数据传输速率为200kbp。MAX232E内置±15kV ESD保护装置，设计用于恶劣环境下的RS-232和V.28通信。Maxim MAX232多通道RS-232驱动器/接收器还配有低功率切断模式，可以将功率消耗降至低于5µW。其典型应用包括便携式计算机、低功耗调制解调器、接口转换器、电池供电的RS-232系统及多站RS-232网络。
