Intel® Sapphire Rapids CPU Coolers

Sunon Intel® Sapphire Rapids CPU Coolers are designed for use with Intel's Sapphire Rapids 4th Generation Scalable processors. These coolers are available in either 1U or 2U model sizes. The 1U model has a design that combines a high-density fin and unique heat pipes that result in excellent thermal performance and supports up to 300W CPU power heat dissipation. The 2U model features a copper and aluminum base with a fin module that welds to the optimal heat pipe module, providing excellent thermal efficiency and support of up to 400W CPU power heat dissipation. Sunon Intel Sapphire Rapids CPU Coolers have an operating temperature range of -10°C to +70°C and dimensions of 118mm x 78mm.
