TCK22xG/TCK1024G Load Switch ICs

Toshiba TCK1024G Load Switch ICs feature overcurrent limit function and low switch ON resistance. These devices also have quiescent current, high output current, and wide input voltage operation. Switch ON resistance is on 31mΩ at VIN = 5.0V, - 0.15A load conditions. Toshiba TCK1024G Load Switch ICs also feature a thermal shutdown function and output auto-discharge function. Housed in an ultra-small WCSP6E package measuring only 0.8mm x 1.2mm, these load switch ICs are ideal for space-critical portable applications.

TCK10xG Load Switch ICs

Toshiba TCK10xG Load Switch ICs feature low-voltage operation, low on-resistance, low current consumption, and a control input pin. These devices offer a wide operating voltage range of 1.1V to 5.5V and a low on-resistance of 55mΩ typical with inrush current reduction and thermal shutdown circuits. An auto discharge function and an overcurrent protection circuit are available on some versions. Those without overcurrent protection provide an output current of 1A, while those with overcurrent protection are offered with output currents of 0.2A, 0.5A, and 0.8A. Toshiba TCK10xG Load Switch ICs are available in ultra-small WCSP6B with a lead pitch of 0.4mm and WCSP4, making them ideal for applications that require high-density assembly such as portable devices.
