High-Speed Optocouplers

Skyworks Solutions Inc. High-Speed Optocouplers include OLI300, OLS300, OLI500, and OLS500 optocouplers. These optocouplers feature 1500V_DC electrical isolation between the input and output. The OLI300 and OLI500 optocoupler's device mounting is achieved by a standard hybrid assembly with non-conductive epoxies. Gold or aluminum wire bonding can be used to make electrical connections for maximum placement flexibility. The OLS300 and OLS500 optocoupler's device mounting is achieved with reflow soldering or conductive epoxies. Typical applications include avionics, biomedical materials, radar, space, surveillance systems, instrumentation, and military communications.
