SB550 Schottky Diode

Diotec Semiconductor SB560-3G Schottky Diode features low forward voltage drop and high average forward current. This diode is RoHS and REACH compliant and weighs around 1g. The SB560-3G Schottky diode operates at -50°C to 175°C of storage temperature range, 5A of forward current, and 50V of repetitive reverse voltage. This SB560-3G offers 50V of forward voltage and 125A of forward surge current. The Schottky diode is typically used in polarity protection, free-wheeling diodes, and as an output rectifier in DC/DC converters.
