Diodes Incorporated AL8862Q降压LED驱动器是一款降压直流-直流转换器，设计用于驱动具有恒定电流的LED。AL8862Q的输入电源电压范围为5V至60V，可提供高达1A外部可调输出电流。 LED串联连接提供相同的LED电流，因此亮度一致，无需镇流电阻器。AL8862Q开关的频率高达1MHz。借助该特性，可减少外部元件数量，从而最大限度地减小PCB尺寸。

IS32LT3175N/P Single-Channel Linear LED Drivers

ISSI IS32LT3175N/P Single-Channel Linear LED Drivers come with fade in/out and PWM dimming. The regulators serve as a stand-alone LED driver-configurable from 20mA to 150mA with external resistors, no microcontroller is necessary. A logic level “courtesy light” signal from the PWM pin can be interfaced to precisely drive the LED channel. The IS32LT3175P obtains a positive polarity PWM signal. In addition, the IS32LT3175N obtains a negative polarity PWM signal. The regulator integrates a 63-step fade-in and fades out the algorithm (Gamma correction). This causes the output LED current to increasingly rise up to the full source value after the EN pin is pulsed.
