GRF5226 High Gain Linear Driver

Guerrilla RF GRF5226 High Gain Linear Driver is a high-performance three-stage driver amplifier designed for 2.3GHz to 3GHz band wireless infrastructure applications. This amplifier delivers strong performance metrics of up to 29.8dBm of OP1dB, 37dBm of OIP3, and a low Noise Figure (NF) of less than 4.1dB over its targeted band of operation. The GRF5226 linear driver is designed for 50Ω systems, typically requires only a two-element shunt-series match on the output port. For optimal efficiency and linearity, the amplifier is designed to operate with a single 5V supply voltage using 85mA to 105mA of quiescent current. The bias current (I_DDQ) can be increased beyond the default setting for enhanced linearity. The GRF5226 amplifier is ideal for linear driver/pre-driver amplifiers, modern wireless infrastructure, 5G Sub-6GHz massive MIMO base stations, and small cells and cellular repeaters.
