CMX90A006 2-Stage Linear RF Power Amplifier

CML Micro CMX90A006 2-Stage Linear RF Power Amplifier delivers +33dBm of output power at 1dB gain compression over the 860MHz to 930MHz frequency range, applicable to license-free bands. Operating over a wide 2.5V to 5.25V supply voltage range enables system-level optimization, suitable for single-cell Lithium batteries. The CML Micro CMX90A006 is highly integrated for ease of use, reducing external component count and board space. The RF input is internally matched to 50Ω, while the output match is implemented externally to optimize performance for each application. Using InGaP HBT process technology provides excellent reliability and balance between efficiency, gain, and linearity. CMX90A006 is intended as a final stage ISM band PA in wireless applications.
