PSMN3R7-100BSE Linear Mode MOSFETs

Nexperia PSMN3R7-100BSE Linear-Mode MOSFETs deliver a combination of strong SOA and low R_DS(on) and are ideal for hot-swap, soft start, and e-fuse applications. To handle the high in-rush current that can happen when swapping a server board or other pluggable system, or to guarantee that a processor board is brought up smoothly, a MOSFET with high SOA is used together with a hot swap controller. Previous generation parts traded off SOA against R_DS(on), but the PSMN3R7-100BSE series maximizes SOA without affecting the R_DS(on), therefore maintaining high operating efficiency levels.
