Red Lion CR3000 HMIs are ideal for applications that require the operator to monitor and control multiple devices. These HMIs feature up to four serial ports and two Ethernet ports, enabling simultaneous connection to multiple serial and Ethernet devices, including PLCs and variable-frequency drives. The CR3000 HMIs perform the functions of a multiple‑protocol converter, using up to four high‑speed serial communications ports and one or two 10BASE‑T/100BASE‑TX Ethernet ports. These HMIs provide an SD card slot for collecting trending and datalogging information, and loading the unit configuration file, allowing configuration changes to be saved. The CR3000 HMIs are programmed with Crimson® 3.1 or 3.2 software, which offers an easy‑to‑use drag‑and‑drop communications configuration. Typical applications include factory automation, food and beverage, OEM machine builders, automotive, and water/wastewater.
