D3 D-Subminiature Hi-Density Solder Cup Connectors
Northern Technologies D3 D-Subminiature Hi-Density Solder Cup Connectors are designed using UL94V0-rated thermoplastic insulator and feature a 3A current rating and 250VAC voltage rating. These solder cup connectors offer a dielectric withstanding voltage of 1000VAC at 1 minute, insulation resistance of 500MΩ at 500VDC, and <15mΩ contact resistance. The D3 high-density solder cup connectors feature a maximum contact engagement force of 3.4N and a maximum contact separation force of 0.2N. These solder cup connectors are constructed using steel shell material and copper alloy contacts. The D3 high-density solder cup connectors are available in 15, 26, 44, 62, and 78 positions and operate within the -55°C to 105°C temperature range.
