AD5691/2/3 nanoDAC+ 数模转换器

ADI AD5691R， AD5692R， & AD5693R nanoDAC+®数模转换器具备低功耗、单通道、16/14/12位缓冲电压输出等特征。上述器件均内置 2.5V 内部基准电压（默认启用），具有 2ppm/°C 漂移。输出跨度经编程可设置为 0V 至VREF ，或 0V 到 2×VREF。所有装置操作采用 2.7V 至 5.5V 单电源供电，设计时保证了单调性。该器件采用 2.00mm×2.00mm、8 引脚 LFCSP 或 10 引脚 MSOP封装。内部上电复位电路确保数模转换器寄存器上电时写入零电平，而内部输出缓冲器配置为正常模式。AD5693R/AD5692R/AD5691R 具有关断模式，可在 5V 时将器件电流消耗降至 2μA（最大值），并且提供软件可选的输出负载。AD5693R/AD5692R/AD5691R 采用 I2C 接口实现。某些器件选项还提供异步 RESET 引脚和 V逻辑电路 引脚，可兼容 1.8 V。
