ADuM1254和ADuM1255 I2C隔离器

Analog Devices ADuM1254和ADuM1255 I2C隔离器提供两个漏极开路通道(一个单向通道和一个双向通道),适用于需要在同一线路上双向传输数据但时钟为单向的应用。一侧的输出包含特殊的缓冲器,可调节0.64V的逻辑低电压,输入逻辑低阈值至少比输出逻辑低电压低50mV,从而防止闩锁动作。第二侧采用传统缓冲器,不调节逻辑低输出电压。Analog Devices ADuM1255隔离器在两侧提供独立的2.25V至5.5V电源,设备工作温度高达2MHz。ADuM1255通过预充电总线引脚、监控空闲总线状态或在连接一侧和二侧之前检测I2C停止条件,为二侧的热插拔连接提供无干扰总线连接。
