The system's large 5" multi-touch display guides users through set-up, data visualization, and analysis, removing the need for a PC and custom software. If a PC is required or preferred, IVI and Labview drivers and the Keithley KickStart Instrument Control Software are available. Using Keithley's 6 1/2-digit multimeter technology, users will find even greater accuracy, functionality, and speed. Two-year accuracy specifications are included, so critical measurements remain accurate and fully traceable.
